A simple French story about animal noises. Everybody knows that a chameleon can change colour but did you also know that they can make the noises of different animals when they meet them? But what noise does a chameleon normally make?
Il fait comment le caméléon? is written entirely in French. The language is fairly simple as it is aimed at young children and there is a lot of repetition around the sentences, Le caméléon fait..... and Mais non, c'est le.... qui fait...... This is a good story for teaching different animals and the sounds they make, in French. There are die-cut holes between each double-page spread so you can peek through and guess which animal is next.
